    How BBMP is allowing to construct two floors in the centre of road at Balaji layout, 2nd main , Tungabhadra road , 3rd cross, Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore -560097, where in the said old house is under dipliated condition and not fit for dwelling and also no parking facilities available and leads to deadend of the road. ? whom to complaint as it comes under BBMP limits ???
